Kagi, pamėginau praplėsti half-open connections windows 7 sistemoje ir nustebau pamatęs pranešimą, kad ribojimo iyšvis nėra:

Primenu kad windows XP sistemoje yra limitas 10 half-open susijungimų vienu metu.
